Titanium and titanium alloys have low elastic modulus, corrosion resistance, excellent biological and mechanical compatibility, which are widely used in surgical implants. In recent years on biomedical titanium alloys are a lot of reports and specifications of products mainly in bars, used in surgical trauma with plate and screw fixation. The fracture fragment fixation is very effective. For short fractures or avulsion fractures and other stress is not a fixed, the use of filaments produced by the needle, the diameter of 0.8 ~ 2.5mm. Ultrafine grained Ti-6Al-4V wire is a ductile fracture along the alpha phase at room temperature, which is the key point to obtain high strength.
